Bears vs Packers monday night football

I'm very excited for tonights matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are living up to the hype everyone gave them this offseason and to start the season, they are looking very impressive with one of the best quarterbacks in the league along with potentially the best deffensive player in the world in Clay Mathews who already has 6 sacks through 2 games, that's insane. The Bears on the other hand have really impressed a lot of people both offensively (3rd best passing attack through 2 games) and deffensively flying to the ball and making big hits and forcing turnovers, going back to the old fashion Bears football that won them championships. I've very excited for this season being a Bears fan, but I have much respect for the team the Packers have this year, I believe whoever wins tonight will win by less than 10 points. I'm hoping the Bears can pull out on top, but we will have to wait and see.

Celebs on Facebook

If I was a celebrity I probably wouldn't have a social network, because I think it would be a little too much to have thousands of fans posting stuff on my wall at all times and commenting on everything I do. I wouldn't be able to stand it, I want to actually read stuff people post, and having that many people on my page at all times saying stuff, it would be impossible.

Magazines

I don't find anything wrong with the format magazines come in right now, they do everything just the way they should. I don't think I would change anything about magazines. Maybe I would make more magazines about some local people and not necessarily all about celebs. They get boring to read about everyday.

How I would change Newspapers

I would make newspapers better by making them more electronic. I would only give out one newspapers a week and it would be through the internet and it would have the weeks news about EVERYTHING that happened that week I would like those newspapers much much more then the boring ones you get every morning.

Facebook is loaded with different aps

Some are rediculously stupid, while others are funny and entertaining. Facebook has plenty of games and other things that most other sites have these days. But they go beyond the normal website, people make aps that will do almost anything, from joining yours and your friends faces together to see what your kid would look like, to finding out who follows you the most, or you can even get your horoscope. Facebook has really evolved into the leading website on the internet, and for a very good reason, its loaded with everything you might want.

My parents are both on facebook...

And I have both of them on my friends, along with my grandma, aunts, and uncles. I don't nessesarly care if they see what i put on facebook, they know who I am and I don't have anything to hide from them. I'm not one who puts extremely explicit language in my status, nor are they usually disrespectful like other peoples. Maybe sometimes I will have swear word in there but usually its either when I'm in a really bad mood or its a joke. I don't have a problem with them being on Facebook, I actually find it cool that we can keep in touch via Facebook, since I don't see some of them all that often.

Schools and social media

Schools could really benefit from using social media, it would be a quick and easy way to get information out to kids about homework, upcoming events, or sporting events. It would be a great way to get information to parents about these things as well, because let's face it, kids don't tell their parents everything that's going on at the school. This way parents would be able to moditor their school themselves.

The technology that empowers me would have to be...

My cell phone, I take it EVERYWHERE with me and it does almost anything I need it to do for me. Without my phone my life would be much, much different. I would have not nearly as much ways to communicate with people without it. I use my cell phone to call my parents when I need something or my friends when I wanna do something fun. Phones these days have so many helpful uses, like cameras (picture messaging), text messaging, internet, video camcorder, music player, and even instant messaging. I love my phone.

How I use Facebook

Facebook is a really helpful form of communication, most of your friends have your number so they can get ahold of you via text or call, but there are some classmates that you don't nessesarly talk to all the time or have any way to get ahold of them you can contact them through Facebook. It's loaded with cool and helpful things like IM, games, calenders, and events. I will admit that maybe I "like" too many pages, but I think its fun.

Football

My favorite sport would have to be football. The sport is just so much fun and it helps out even later in life with teamwork skills and trust. I love being able to take my anger out on someone else and not getting in trouble for it. It's one of those things that is a lot of fun when your doing well and just really tough when your not. Football is Americas sport now, baseball is supposibly, but I believe that more people watch and care about football now than baseball. It is just so interesting and its fun to watch and play.

Internet

Internet is my favorite form of technology, it has expanded everything in the world. You can find forms of the internet almost everywhere, it helps get news out faster and you can do almost anything on the internet; watch videos/movies, listen to music, communicate, post news, learn, or even play games. Internet just makes the world simpilar for everybody.

Droids

The new and upcoming droids are taking over the technology gadget world. They are out to beat the iPhones, and in my opinion they are succeeding in doing so. They offer anything you could possibly need in a phone; maps, highspeed internet, music capability, search engines, and even apps (that beat iPhones). Also, everyone is adapting the droid consept and making one of their own including companies like google and motorolla and even more. I expect for Droids to surpass the iPhone and take over in the phone industry.

Facebook

Facebook has nearly taken over the entire world. It seems as if EVERYBODY has a facebook, whether its your grandma, grandson, aunt, uncle, cousin, best friend, your best friends mom, your mom, your dad, everyone is using the social network taking the world by storm. People like facebook for many different reasons, some like the publicity it gets, it could get your name out there, others like meeting new people, some like the fact you can meet up with old separated friends, parents can see what their kids are up to, you can do almost anything on facebook. Many people like to schedule events or plan things via facebook. Others just like the idea of "creeping" on facebook and just being involved with everybodys lives. To be honest with you, I wasn't a huge fan of how everyone sees what you do on facebook, but I have grown to love it. I believe that facebook will keep thriving in todays community and it will become even bigger.

Youtube

If your looking for a great place to listen to music or even watch music videos, you need to check out Youtube, if for some odd reason you haven't already. Hundreds if not thousands of videos are uploaded daily, that includes music. It's very hard to not be able to find a song on Youtube that you know. What if you want to post music onto the internet for the world to see, maybe get your name out there? Go to youtube, there are plenty of people who have gotten famous and making millions just from posting videos onto youtube and becoming an internet sensation, try it yourself, maybe someday you will be famous!

Google

Google dominates the website search engines. It combines all the specialties of other engines into one. Do you hear people say "Go ask Jeeves it" no, everyone knows google and talks about it, they will say i don't know, "google it". It is trusted by everyone and used by almost everyone, almost everything on the internet can be found on google when searching the correct way. Google even offers maps, videos, images, news, shopping, email, and many many more options to help you in your everyday wonders.

All about the iPod.

Personally, I think that the iPod is the best music device, it's extremely easy to use and almost everybody has one. iTunes makes it very simple to access the music you need to add to your iPod, they work together perfectly. I like how many features come with an iPod and they come out with new ones all the time. The iPod touch is probably the best iPod out there, but the other ones are nearly just as nice. Apple also does a good job of making something for everybody, whether you need something that holds thousands and thousands of songs or just maybe a couple hundred.
